Workmanship
& materials.
The details you see and use every day matter. During the first year, our workmanship warranty addresses covered defects in construction materials, installation and finished work—from how components fit together to the quality of their finish.
Covered items may include cabinetry and countertops; door panels and interior trim; roof coverings and exterior siding; hardwood flooring, ceramic tile and carpet; drywall and paint, as applicable to your home.
Distribution
systems.
Much of your home’s everyday comfort depends on systems installed out of sight. Our two-year distribution systems warranty addresses covered defects in the electrical, plumbing and mechanical distribution systems.
This includes the wiring that carries electricity, the piping that distributes water and the ductwork that moves conditioned air through your home.
Structural
protection.
Florida’s Best Builders provides ten years of structural warranty coverage for designated load-bearing parts of your home. These include foundations and footings; load-bearing walls and partitions; beams, girders and columns; roof and floor framing; lintels and masonry arches.
This protection addresses qualifying physical damage that prevents these elements from performing their structural function and makes the home unsafe, unsanitary or unfit to live in. Qualifying damage associated with soil movement is also addressed under the structural warranty.
